Orange County Conservation Corps crews just finished improving a segment of Aliso Creek in the City of Lake Forest. OCCC crews removed debris and over 5.5 acres of non-native/invasive species from the watershed. The removal of these invasive species will provide significant benefits to regionally-important biological resources and will yield non-biological benefits including enhanced public access, improved wilderness viewsheds, and fire fuel reduction for the community.
