On April 8, the OCCC hosted guest speaker, Dr. Victor Rios. As an author and sociology professor at the University of California, Santa Barbara, Dr. Rios shared how writing and receiving an education transformed his life. Our Corpsmembers were honored to hear his inspirational story and are motivated to continue to pursue their careers and a higher education to ensure success for their futures.
